Garbage Bread is a type of breakfast pastry that’s made from a simple pizza dough and stuffed with a variety of breakfast ingredients, such as eggs, cheese, ham, bacon, or sausage.
Garbage Bread is best enjoyed warm and fresh out of the oven. However, you can prepare the dough ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator until you’re ready to use it.
Breakfast Garbage Bread
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Roll out pizza dough in a 9×13 rectangle, place on a prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Add 1 cup of shredded cheese to the dough.
- Then add scrambled eggs, crumbled sausage, and bacon covering dough completely.
- Add the remaining cup of shredded cheese on top.
- Roll up pizza dough, starting with the long side and pinch to seal the edges. Make sure the seals are down on the baking sheet. Spread melted butter over the crust.
- Bake in pre-heated oven for 12-15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.

- 13.8 oz Premade Pizza Dough or Homemade Dough
- 6 Eggs scrambled
- 1 lb. Breakfast sausage cooked and crumble
- 6 slices Bacon cooked
- 2 cups Colby Cheese freshly grated
- Breakfast Gravy optional for dipping sauce
- Green Onions diced (optional)
