Garlic Roasted Pork Tenderloin 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. ingredients for Garlic Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Garlic Roasted Pork Tenderloin

This Garlic Roasted Pork Tenderloin is made to melt in your mouth with buttery goodness and aromatic flavors thanks to the herbs, chopped garlic and basting.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup salted butter softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs sage, thyme, and oregano
  • 5 cloves garlic finely chopped (plus whole cloves for roasting, if desired)
  • Fresh herbs for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.

  • Stir together softened butter, herbs, and chopped garlic to form a paste.

  • Place the pork on a greased sheet pan and sprinkle well on all sides with salt and pepper.

  • Rub the butter paste over all of the pork, concentrating any extra chunks on the top of the tenderloin.
